研究简介
本课题组主要致力于新型核酸及纳米荧光探针的研究开发及其生物医学应用。发展了DNA甲基转移酶、端粒酶、蛋白激酶、磷酸酶及UDG酶等生物酶活性高灵敏检测的新方法,实现了对microRNA、c-反应蛋白、CEA、OTA等重要生物分子的高灵敏度、高特异性检测,对于疾病的早期诊断及治疗具有重要的意义。主持国家自然科学基金、澳门新葡官网进入高层次人才引进基金、国家重点实验室开放课题等多个科研项目。在Chemical Reviews, Analytical Chemistry, Nucleic Acids Research, Microchim Acta, Talanta, Analyst, Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry, ChemBioChem等国际期刊发表SCI论文60篇,申请国家发明专利2项,授权专利1项,参编教材5部。2013年入选澳门新葡官网进入“531”人才队伍建设第三层次人才。
